How to write to us

Include your account email address, macOS version and what exactly happened. Do not send Deepgram keys or model keys — we do not need them.

The sign-in email does not arrive

• Check the spam folder and the spelling of the address.
• Wait a minute: resending is rate-limited.
• Request the email again from the sign-in page. The latest email is the valid one.

The sign-in link does not work

• Enter the code from the same email on the sign-in page instead — the code works in any browser.
• The link works once and expires. If you already opened it, request a new email.
• The link must be opened in the same browser and profile where you requested it. It will not complete in another browser or a private window.
• If your mail service rewrites links through a security proxy, copy the link address and open it manually.

The invite code is not accepted

• “Code not found” — check the spelling; codes are case-sensitive.
• “Code unavailable” — it has expired, is disabled, is fully used, or the account already has access from another invitation. Write to us with the account address and when you received the code.

Weekly quota reached

The quota resets every Monday; the date is shown in your account. Your own Deepgram key has no Scriptus limit. If the quota is too small during the beta, write to us — an administrator can change it.

The text was not pasted in the app

The ready text stays in the app — copy it. Check the Accessibility permission for Scriptus in macOS settings: without it, pasting is impossible.

Deleting the account and data

Delete the account from the account page (typed confirmation). Server data is removed with the account; local history on your Mac stays until you delete it yourself.

Build and updates

The signed macOS build is not published yet. Do not install Scriptus builds from other sources. When the build is available, the link will be on the home page and in your account.
